Our journey.
SIX DAYS AND FIVE NIGHTS of transformational sisterhood awaits in the Blue Zone. Your week includes daily yoga and movement led by Parham, Breathwork sessions led by Liz Bowden, an earth medicine workshop, and a channeling ceremony in the open air yoga shala connected to the villas.
Start the day with local fruit and coffee. Enjoy vegan brunches and dinners crafted in-house by Chef Russ Taplin.
Our space.
SUNRISE MOUNTAIN RETREAT is located on 5 acres of private property in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, an eclectic seaside village on the tip of the Nicoya Peninsula. With unique, Sacred Geometry, all three villas with sleek Balinese architecture, three pools, and a yoga shala will be ours for the week.
As you step onto the grounds of our private 5 Star Jungle Oasis, the sweet smell of hibiscus and the breathtaking beauty of this hidden treasure welcomes you back to nature.
Our experience.
SANTA TERESA is nestled at the end of Costa Rica’s largest peninsula and is only a ferry ride away from Punta Arenas. Called the "next Tulum” by The New York Times, this unspoiled coastal town is a perfect surf spot with year-round sunshine.
Your retreat includes a surf lesson. Other local adventures include ATV excursions and horseback riding on the beach. Enjoy a massage or three right in the shala.

PAYMENT OPTIONS AND ROOMS
All rooms have luxe linens, sliding-glass windows or doors opening to the lush jungle and ocean views, vaulted ceilings and Balinese style touches, fine woodwork, air conditioning, fan, blackout curtains, and high-speed internet.
DOUBLES SUITE
These luxury shared rooms host Twin beds with a shared bath with a teaming garden, sunken tub and hot water shower. Meet your new bestie or bring her with you!

KING BED SUITE
These deluxe private rooms come with an attached private bath with a teaming garden or shared bath with sunken tub and hot water shower. Enjoy the natural sacred geometry of these suites solo or share with your favorite adventure buddy.
$3100 / pp private OR $2900 / pp shared
A $700 deposit secures your spot.
Balance can be made in two payments.

As some room options are shared, please let us know of roommate requests and we will do our best to accommodate.
COVID-19 POLICY: In the event that we are unable to travel due to secondary border closures and rise in COVID numbers, your deposit and payments will be refunded except for a $350 administration fee.
Currently, a negative COVID test is not required for entry to Costa Rica. Requirements and updates to USA and Costa Rican COVID-19 travel requirements will be sent to participants as they arise.
